"An island in a sea of mediocrity" by Chuck Norris (1 review)

June 11, 2009 - Likes it - As far as I know, there isn't a lot of choice for pizza in the western part of Downtown Vancouver besides various chains who churn out a kind of pizza that tastes and looks like disconcern. Pizzo Pizza is an exception to this rule. Let's start with the free delivery. Yeah, free delivery. Okay, now that we're done with that, let's talk about the menu. It's creative. I could list the eclectic and colorful pie selection for you right now, but typin' 'aint cheap son. Check it out for yourself lazy bones! Don't just take my word for it. I got the Grand Masterpiece, and it was just that. Nice, hand-tossed, semi-thin crust with tasty ingredients. It was like a party in my mouth and someone forgot to invite the fat chicks. Now, lets move on to the prices: they're less than everywhere else. They's gots deals! Just look it up. Finally, they're damn friendly. So, let me reassure the sceptical; I don't work for them. I'm just happy to see an independent pie joint in this part of town that blows the cookie-(or should I say pizza)cutter competition away.
